Returns + Exchanges

RETURNS POLICY

Eligible merchandise may be returned free of charge within main centres in South Africa. A Returns + Exchanges form is provided in every order. The customer is required to pay shipping on return orders sent from areas outside South Africa and outlying areas within South Africa. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are nonrefundable unless we have made a shipping error. Upon receipt of returned goods, Hermanna Rush reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return-policy requirements.

    • All merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.
    • Items returned past the time frames outlined above may be returned in exchange for a Hermanna Rush Gift Card only. The amount of the Gift Card will be the current selling price of the items returned.
    • Final-sale merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. All items purchased through Facebook Sale Events and/or through our online store are final sale.
    • Sample-sale merchandise is not acceptable for return. All sales are final.
    • Worn, altered or washed merchandise is not acceptable for return. All items being returned must be in the original condition, and all tags must be attached.

      SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

      In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace that item or accept it for a full refund at our expense. To arrange to replace your product, please email sales@hermannarush.com

      Hermanna Rush customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. Hermanna Rush is not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service.


      IN-STORE RETURNS

      Items purchased on hermannarush.com may be returned to any Hermanna Rush store to expedite the return process free of charge. In order to do so, you must bring the receipt provided with your order - no exceptions will be made. Store associates will process your return right away.


      HERMANNA RUSH ITEMS PURCHASED AT OTHER STORES OR LOCATIONS

      Items purchased at a department store or any other store selling Hermanna Rush merchandise can be returned only to that store and cannot be returned to hermannarush.com or Hermanna Rush outlets. 

       

      EXCHANGES

      FREE SHIPPING ON ALL EXCHANGES

      There are no shipping charges for exchanges shipped within main centres in South Africa. To exchange an item, complete a Returns & Exchanges form and include it with your item in a secure package, removing or covering any old labels. Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your exchange order. A Returns & Exchanges form is included with every package. If you do not have the form, contact sales@hermannarush.com

      Please note the following exceptions:

      • Exchanges are not offered on international orders.
      • Promotional discounts are not applicable on exchange orders.

      REFUNDS

      • Hermanna Rush will refund the original form of payment or provide you with a Hermanna Rush Gift Card according to our policies.
      • We will process your refund within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
      • Merchandise eligible for returns may be returned free of charge.
